At Weargoods.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original Weargoods tags attached in its original packaging.
Ship the Item
Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it back to our warehouse using a traceable courier service of your choice.
Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your package, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit refund within 3-5 business days.
